Michael Halberstam
Michael HalberstamChairman
Michael Halberstam is Chairman of the ISA family of companies which includes Interviewing Service of America (ISA), SoapBoxSample, Q-insights and icanmakeitbetter. He was instrumental in the company’s founding in 1982, becoming Director of Operations seven months later. He assumed the role of President in 1993 and became Chairman in 2014. He oversees all of the day-to-day operations of the company.

After studying American History at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Michael began his career in market research in 1978 working as a mall interviewer for Suburban Associates in Paramus, NJ. He went on to become Suburban’s facility manager later that year. In 1980, he moved to Los Angeles, CA to work for Lieberman Research Worldwide. Over the course of his career Michael has focused on data collection, sampling and the ethnic/multicultural aspects of the research industry.

Michael owns one of the largest collections of comic books in the country. He is also an avid NY Yankees, LA Lakers and NY Giants fan. He lives in Valencia, California with his wife and daughter where he enjoys playing softball all year. (Because it doesn’t snow in Los Angeles!)

Tony Kretzmer
Tony KretzmerPresident
Tony joined ISA in 2001 as COO and CFO, becoming President in 2015 and today leads the strategic development of both service offerings, staff and systems. His specialty is leveraging the diverse talent at ISA toward a synergy that brings increased value to ISA’s clients, products and projects. Tony was born and grew up in South Africa where he graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, with degrees in Accounting and Economics. Before coming to the United States, he spent five years in public accounting. Before joining ISA, he was CEO of Angeles Corporation.
Gregg Stickeler
Gregg StickelerSenior Vice President, Client Services
Gregg Stickeler has been with ISA since 1990. He is responsible for the day to day operations of both Project and Client Services for CATI, Web, and IVR Data Collection. Gregg studied Mathematics at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He began his marketing research career in 1978 with a company called Valley Forge Information Service, located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Over the course of his career in the industry, spanning more than three decades, Gregg has served in a variety of capacities including Data Collector, Training Coordinator, Project Director, Account Executive, Director of Telephone Operations, and Vice President – Telephone Operations. Gregg has developed and implemented training programs for both Data Collection and Quality Assurance. Gregg likes to spend his free time training his two children, Victoria and George, to become serious movie buffs.

John Fitzpatrick
John FitzpatrickVice President of Information Systems & Technologies
John Fitzpatrick is a veteran Information Technology Generalist with extensive background in programming, networks, security protocols, and telecommunications architectures. John’s team of technology professionals oversee the diverse platforms in their state-of-the-art facilities that include Tier 4 Multi-site Co-location Facilities, Predictive Dialers, Interactive Voice Response Systems, web based CATI Data Collection Systems, and full service qualitative research installations featuring live web broadcasting. He is also responsible for all day-to-day Domestic and International Telecommunications, Information Technology Operations, and IVR architectures.

John has been instrumental in the design, deployment and maintenance schemes for all systems and technologies during his tenure with ISA since 1985.

Jacqueline Rosales

Under Jacqueline’s enthusiastic leadership SoapBoxSample has enjoyed brisk expansion. By practicing the nimbleness and flexibility characteristic of a start-up while drawing on the experience of SoapBoxSample’s parent company ISA, Jacqueline has has cultivated a company that consistently exceeds clients’ expectations by focusing on technological solutions and innovative approaches..

A more-than-twenty-year veteran of market research, Jacqueline previously acted as Chief Revenue Officer at Luth Research, where she helped to build the organization from a boutique market research firm to one of the fastest growing companies as recognized by Inc. Magazine.

Recently Jacqueline has emerged as a thought leader in entrepreneurship, by speaking about her professional and personal experiences through her blog, Telltale Ten.

Linda Giniewicz
Linda GiniewiczVice President, Q-insights
Linda Giniewicz is Vice President of Q-insights and the driving force behind the team. She began her tenure in 2002 as Director of Operations, and has lead Q-insights to become a world class operation and one of the fastest growing divisions of ISA. Q-insights has expanded into an industry leader for quantitative and qualitative data collection, offering new, innovative methods and a growing presence in face-to-face and Hispanic data collection.

Linda began her career in marketing research in 1994 with Field Management Associates as its Research Director. Part of a large Q-insights contingent of Buffalo, New York transplants, Linda attended college at Buffalo State University and is a graduate of Troicare and Erie College. Linda is married to her creative director husband Jeff and is the proud mother to Bethanie who has more energy than six normal human children.

Lopy Williams
Lopy WilliamsDirector, CATI Facilities
Lopy Williams has been with ISA since 1994. Lopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of ISA’s phone facilities. This includes cost estimation and scheduling for telephone projects and the development of training programs for Data Collectors, Field Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Field Managers. Lopy began his career in market research in 1989 with Diagnostic Research where he served in a variety of capacities, including training, field supervision, and field management.
