John is
a marketing research programming and systems analyst veteran
with multiple platform certifications. John's team of technology
professionals oversees the diverse platforms in our state-of-the-art
facility that include multiple-site Network Operations, Predictive
Dialers, Interactive Voice Response systems, various Data
Collection systems, Web based servers with secure firewall
and a full service qualitative research installation featuring
live Web broadcasting. He is also responsible for all day
to day Telecommunications operations, Telecom vendor management
and WAN services.
John
has been instrumental in the design, deployment and maintenance
schemes for all systems and technologies during his tenure
with ISA since 1985.
