VP, Programming Services
Sam has
been with ISA since 1992. During his 12+ year marketing research
career, he has served in a variety of capacities including
Data Collector, Supervisor, Floor Manager, CATI Programmer,
and Manager of CATI Operations. Sam's current responsibilities
include the management and administration of both the CATI
Programming Department, including the Quality Assurance Division,
as well as the Data Processing Department. Sam attended Pierce
College in Los Angeles, CA, where he majored in political
science.
