Account
Executive
Responsible for selling and managing ISA's products and services,
including telephone interviewing, CATI programming, Interactive
Voice Response (IVR), Data Processing, Internet Data Collection,
Multicultural Data Collection, and Qualitative Focus Groups
(through its Qualitative Insights Division). This position
requires some travel. Option available of telecommuting from
anywhere in the USA.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop
deep relationships and strategic partnerships with existing
and new clients

Execute
our proven sales strategy

Develop
new leads through cold calling and networking

Establish
and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction

Establish
sales forecasts
Experience/Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing and/or significant work related experience
- 3+years
related market research data collection experience, including
proven track record of consistent & solid sales achievement
and account management experience
- Excellent
verbal/written communication skills with strong math/analytical
skills
- Proficient
in Outlook, Word and Excel software programs
- Self-starter
with strong work ethic and goal oriented focus
- Bring
a strong book of business to the company
