Decades of Experience

It was no surprise when the Census Bureau proclaimed that “the U.S. is on the fast track toward multiculturalism"1 or that it awarded ISA its Census 2000 Partnership Award for its assistance on multicultural issues.Multicultural research has become an essential part of any company’s ability to capture America’s fast growing markets. And ISA has the expertise to help you capitalize on all the opportunities these dynamic markets provide.

ISA was one of the first market research firms to develop expertise in multicultural research, and today it is still leading the industry. ISA conducted over 300 multicultural projects in the past year—more than many research firms have ever conducted––and a majority of the largest in-language TV networks/stations use ISA for their research.

ISA has conducted research in 65 languages. Each of ISA’s 225 multilingual Data Collectors are highly screened for fluency and have completed the same meticulous Quality Assurance Orientation Program that all ISA Data Collectors must complete. All multicultural projects receive the same three levels of extensive monitoring and supervision as other ISA projects.
