ISA began operation in 1982 as a market research data collection company – IVR projects were first developed in 1994. In 2004, ISA began directly working with contact centers to facilitate end of call satisfaction surveys. In doing so we built on our own experience of managing both US and International call centers. In 2006, we launched the first Linked Hera program using real time feeds of data from a multi-location contact center to facilitate post call IVR surveys minutes after a person finished talking with an agent. Since that first program, we have implemented programs using IVR, Web, and live telephone to gather feedback and get down to agent level detail for clients in the financial services, banking, retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and government sectors.
