It starts with our orientation program. One of the most comprehensive in the industry, only1/3 of applicants graduate to go on to work on projects.

ISA has a Quality Assurance team of about 40 QA Supervisors. They monitor thousands of calls per month. Each of those calls is monitored live to assure the absolute highest level of data accuracy. Additionally, at least 15% of all interviews are confirmed by a separate Validation Department.
